The Accelerate & Advance Incubator is an exclusive 6 month business opportunity that brings together up to 12 like minded business owners every week to work on their business through marketing and business strategy.

Our weekly discussions will focus on topics such as online marketing, content creation, email marketing, advertising, systems to save you time and energy, building community, sales, product and service development, and mindset and much more!

Here’s how the A&A Incubator works:

  • We’ll meet every week via Zoom conferencing (an online video software platform) beginning on June 11th, 2018 and go through December 3rd - just in time to make sure everything is in place for the busiest time of year and you're ready to greet the new year!

  • Our weekly sessions will consist of 2 hot seats where 2 members will have an opportunity to receive direct feedback on specific challenges each week. This is where we’ll focus on your challenges and goals and really implement and frame strategies!

  • Each coaching meeting will have no more than 4 people, allowing us the opportunity to dive into your challenges and obstacles individually so you’ll walk away with actions to implement immediately.

  • In our first meeting we’ll lay out short and long term goals for your 3rd and 4th quarters (and beyond). Each week we’ll chip away at these goals, ensuring continued success throughout our time together.

  • Every meeting begins with an update from members of what’s going on in their business, as well as wins and challenges they’d like to share from that week. This allows us to stay accountable and on goal.

  • We’ll meet with expert industry leaders in public relations, finance, operations, customer service, mindset, and more - giving you a front row seat to get extra help and zero in on specific challenges within your business! You can show up live or watch at your leisure.

  • On top of the expert interviews, Meighan will hold bonus strategy sessions where we’ll dive into specific areas of our business. This will be an extra opportunity to get focused and detailed guidance.

  • Each member will have 2 thirty minute 1 on 1 meetings with Meighan. These will bookend the incubator allowing us time to get to know each other and zero in on your goals, actions, and progress during our time together.

  • We’ll also spend time in a private community. This is where we’ll share information and resources. It will also be a place for us to share our experience, ask questions, and request feedback and support on anything we’re working on day to day between our calls.

Financial & Emotional Wealth

As small business owners money can be a loaded, complicated topic. And that can weigh incredibly heavy on both us and our businesses.

We’ll be meeting with Megan deBoer a certified Financial Recovery Counselor of Tended Wealth to discuss how we can better understand and resolve the underlying emotional blocks within our finances. You’ll get a clearer view on how you think about and approach your finances!

Creating a Healthy Relationship with Your Business

We’ll be speaking with licensed clinical social worker Nicole Lewis-Keeber about how past experiences throughout are lives have negatively impacted our decision making within our business. Get ready to have some serious a-ha and whoa moments in this intimate discussion!

We’ll also have 4 focused strategy sessions with Meighan throughout our time together. We’ll dive into specific areas of our business to get focused and detailed guidance around these topics:

These are not mandatory but will help you with your business and hold you accountable! Strategy Sessions will be scheduled once the Incubator is full. They will be no longer than 75 minutes. 

Our private 1 on 1 Sessions

Each member will meet twice with Meighan privately for a 30 minute 1 on 1 session. Each private session will bookend our incubator, offering time to zero in on challenges and goals at the beginning and a wrap up session at the end to discuss wins and actions for the future.

These will be scheduled once our incubator is in session.

Our meetings happen every week for 75 minutes. Below is our schedule. Please note we will not meet during the weeks of July 4th and September 3rd due to U.S. holidays (July 4th and Labor Day).

FAQ

How much time will this take each week?

Here’s one of the coolest things about the A&A Incubator: we’ll be spending an hour and change each week focusing on your business together. We’ll be diving into, dissecting, and putting strategies into place that you will be working on regardless (or should be)!

All in all the incubator will take about an hour and a bit of your time each week. As for implementing what we learn, that’s up to you!

More often than not you’re already working on a lot of these things in your business. Being part of the incubator will allow you to accelerate your progress with a group of your peers and actually implement things and learn in the process!

Is this a course?

No, this is not a course. This is a live group coaching 6 month commitment with up to 12 other business owners.

How is this different?

Maybe you've taken a course you never finished or signed up for a workshop you never implemented what you learned. Or even tried a free Facebook group hoping to learn things.

All of these acts left you right where you started, except with time wasted. The A&A Incubator is none of these things.

This is an opportunity for you to learn and implement in real time, while getting feedback in the process.

While we can't promise results, I can tell you that my business didn’t start to change until I made real changes and worked in communities like this. My business didn’t start to bring in more income and receive new opportunities until I worked with other like minded peers and sought professional help.
